Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registrations are non-refundable, and considered a final sale. However, registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. To transfer a registration, please contact us with the new attendee’s name and email address.
The Cognitive Transcendence Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registration. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, liability is limited to a refund of conference registration fees only. We encourage attendees to make travel and accommodation arrangements accordingly.
Conference Content & Intellectual Property
Conference registration fees apply to live attendance only and do not include any copyright, licensing, recording, or reproduction rights related to conference materials or presentations.
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, transcribe, or use AI tools or other technologies to capture or replicate presenter or facilitator content without prior written consent. Exceptions may be considered for accessibility accommodations; please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
Conference materials, presentations, and discussions are intended for educational purposes only and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Program Updates
We are committed to providing attendees with thoughtful, current, and meaningful educational experiences. As our work continues to evolve, conference content, presenters, schedules, or materials may be updated prior to the event in order to enhance the learning experience.
Group Registrations
Group registrations are welcome. If registering multiple attendees together, please ensure all participant information is completed accurately at the time of registration. Discounts for larger groups may be available - please contact us for more details.

Continuing Education & Certificates
Continuing education (CE) hours are available for within the clinical practitioner/student track. Attendees are responsible for confirming acceptance of CE hours with their individual professional associations, regulatory bodies, or licensing organizations.
Photography & Media
The Cognitive Transcendence Foundation reserves the right to photograph or record portions of the conference for educational, archival, or promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event-related media.
